I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please contact us to make sure your order went through.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. Express 2 day shipping orders will be processed in 1 business day and delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
When are particular items released?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the Fred Segal newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.
Do you guys re-stock your inventory?
No. These items are offered in limited quantities for a limited time.
How do I get a refund or make an exchange?
Items purchased from FredSegal.com are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your order, all sales after 7 days are final.

All orders ship with a return mailing label to return to Fredsegal.com. Should you choose to use your own method of shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address. Orders do not require expedited shipping as long as postmarked within 7 days of purchase.
We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 5-7 business days for a refund. A notification email will be sent after the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded or included in refund off original order.
All tags must be intact and the item unworn or unused. If there are any signs of use we will not be able to accept the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
We will not hold items for exchange.
How do I process a return?
Please email email@example.com (M-F, 9am – 5pm EST) with your order number and reason for return. An RA number will be issued via email within 24 hours and will include an attached pre-paid return shipping label.
Please locate your order number on either your order confirmation email or the packing slip included in your shipment.
You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to request a RA number and ship your return package.
How do I process an exhange?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org for an RA# and shipping info.
Ship using the provided return label or any method of your choice, at your expense. We require a trackable service as Fred Segal Online is not responsible for lost returns. Please make sure to include your order number or original packing slip in your return. We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 3 business days for a store credit code. A notification email will be sent after the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded or included in store credit off original order.
Can I return my order to another Fred Segal location?
Unfortunately, our other locations cannot accept returns for purchases made from Fredsegal.com. Products purchased online must be shipped back to our fulfillment center via the prepaid label provided.
What forms of payment do you accept for online purchases?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We cannot accept gift cards, checks, or money orders for online purchases. Paypal and Apple Pay are also accepted.
Financing is currently not available.
