Rolex Explorer Stainless Steel1995

Pre-owned Rolex Explorer II ref 16570 (1995) is the coveted white dial edition of the famous spelunker's tool watch. Rolex released ref 16570 sometime in the late 1980s, producing the model with either a black or white dial and trimming the hour markers on the white iterations in black instead of white gold as used on its successor, ref. 16550. Additionally, ref. 16750 was outfitted with the then-new 3185 Perpetual movement, then later caliber 3186. During its production run, Rolex filled the hour markers and Mercedes hands with Tritium, LumiNova, and Super-LumiNova. This example is a stunning White "Polar Dial Rolex" from the mid-1990s. It sports Tritium lume, scratch-resistant sapphire, and the earlier production caliber 3185.
